Logbook Loans Team Leader

Role Purpose

To drive sales growth and portfolio quality for Logbook Loans within assigned branches or regions by supervising sales agents, executing field sales activities, and ensuring adherence to credit processes.

Sales & Business Growth

  • Execute field marketing activities, activations, partner engagements, and customer acquisition.

  • Provide competitor intelligence and market insights to management.

 Portfolio Quality & Risk Management

  • Portfolio management and monitoring to ensure quality disbursements.

  • Build and maintain relationships with car yards, brokers,  motor vehicle stakeholders , and other market channels.

 Operational Excellence

  • Ensure timely submission and accuracy of client documentation and logbook loan applications.

  • Maintain compliance with credit policies, customer service standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and field visits.

 Stakeholder Engagement-

  • Execute field marketing activities, activations, partner engagements, and customer acquisition.

Required Qualifications-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business management, Sales, Marketing, entrepreneurship, or related field.

  • At least 2 years’ experience in logbook lending or asset-based lending.

  • Experience supervising sales agents.
